Helen set up 'Helen Brice Designs' in February 2000 following graduation from the BA(Hons) Design Crafts at Hereford College of Art. Largely self-taught, her jewellery ranges have evolved from a fascination with architectural details such as brightly painted ceramic tiles, coloured glass and vivid, naturally occuring palettes; such as flowers and earth pigments.

More recently, this attraction to colour has led Helen to explore gemsetting within her jewellery designs, resulting in an exciting new body of work, incorporating various golds with precious and semi-precious gems.

Helen has received many design awards and commendations for her jewellery, including being shortlisted and highly commended at Gift of the Year 4 years running!

A member of the British Jewellers Association, the Association for Contemporary Jewellers and Chair of Alloy Jewellers; Helen has been involved in business support and mentoring for graduates and also teaches short courses to both adults and children.
